Purpose:
To bring the community together and raise awareness about the importance of mental health and healing through impactful spoken word, real-life stories, guided meditation, expressive dance, and powerful poetry. This event offers a space to begin the healing journey with licensed therapists on-site, interactive performances, and opportunities for attendees to sign up for therapy sessions.
