Sparring Seminar (Two-Part Seminar)This is a two-part Sparring Seminar offering a controlled, hands-on training experience focused on timing, distance, movement, and safe application. Each session is designed to build skill, confidence, and smart decision-making through purposeful sparring practice.
No sparring experience required. This seminar is structured for all ranks and skill levels.
Part 1 establishes the foundation, covering key sparring fundamentals and structured drills.
Part 2 builds directly on that foundation, allowing participants to apply what they learned in a more advanced and dynamic way.
Attendance in Part 1 is required in order to participate in Part 2.

Part 2: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
