Sovereign Sound Therapy

This uniquely transformative technique guides you through a soundbath with 12 crystal singing bowls for binaural brainwave entrainment to enter into a theta state, while relaxing your body and mind. During this meditative practice it will bring you into a state of deep relaxation with a guided affirmative meditation, to release subconscious programming, trapped emotions and free you from limiting beliefs.

Each session is combined with breathwork through vocal activations to stimulate the vagus nerve and recalibrate the nervous system for healing processes to take place. We will also discuss the physiology of chakras in relation to our nervous system, and how the frequency of certain emotions can effect different parts of our body, icluding brain and endocrine function.

The long term effects of negative emotions can create dis-ease to signal you to take a look at how you are experiencing the world around you. This is your invitation to recognize and change patterns, behaviors, beliefs, and to create a new reality while tapped into your higher consciousness.

About Sierra:

Sierra Sovereign is a trauma survivor, who as a result learned how to heal from her own suffering of chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and multiple autoimmune conditions.

Sierras journey offers teaching foundational practices of self compassion and forgiveness to help others, as she shares how to break free from limiting beliefs and self sabotaging behaviors. Sierra specializes in working with women who want to break the cycle of toxic and abusive relationships, unresolved trauma, while recognizing how it often relates to co-occurring autoimmune conditions with physical tension and pain.

Sierra has managed integrative medical clinics specializing in psychonueroimmunolgy for a Medical Doctor of Psychiatry and Neurology, offering a holistic approach to patients mental health to support recovery from addiction with medically supervised weaning of psychotropic medications in conjunction with protocols and lifestyle changes.

Sierra has also managed a wellness center for a Doctor of Chiropractic, Functional Medicine, Kinesiology, Pain Management, Quantum Neurology, while assisting and coaching the process of longevity optimization and detoxification. As well as complex patient cases to help with recovering from trauma, and nervous system dysregulation leading to autoimmune conditions and chronic pain.

Sierra Sovereign is a Certified Soundhealer, NLP (NueroLinguisticProgramming), Reiki Practitioner, Transformational Life Coach, Detox and Lifestyle Coach, and Intuitive Channeler, with ongoing educational courses in somatic psychology and nervous system regulation. Sierra is also a BrainTap Affiliate, offering individual private sessions.
