Join us for a roundtrip Sunday morning ride from Carolina Beach State Park’s Visitor’s Center, catching the Fort Fisher Ferry for our Southport bike brunch. “Roll out” no later than 8:15am. This is approximately a 23 mile ride with a bunch of breaks in-between.Bring $4 dollars for a round trip ferry ride on your bike—it’s two dollars each way, per person.
Once catching the 9:15am ferry (35 minute ferry ride to Southport from Fort Fisher) we’ll grab a delicious meal at Oliver’s, then make our way back to our original destination via the 12:15pm ferry to Fort Fisher/ Carolina Beach.
In the case of inclement weather, the host will update attendees on the Saturday before the ride.
Ride at your own risk! You must be comfortable road biking for this event. Must wear a helmet and have reflective bike lights to ride with the group. E-bikes are allowed.
