Rich, aromatic and spicy flavours are the signature of this popular Thai feast. Join our class to master the secrets of combining simple ingredients to produce fresh punchy flavours that will surprise the palate. We’ll demonstrate cooking methods from Southern Thailand in a relaxed, fun class led by Tamarind’s expert Chefs. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
2024 Southern Thai Summer Menu
- Lon Gai Dtow Jiaw - Relish of ground chicken, coconut cream, dried chilli and yellow soy bean served with spooning vegetables
- Yum Som Tom - Salad of green papaya, breans, tomato, dried shrimp, peanuts, chilli and lime
- Som Rot Talay - Medley of fish, prawns and scallops pan fried with 3 flavour sauce, crispy fried basil and roasted rice
- Pat Pak Ruam Farang - Stir fried asparagus with light soy sauce and crispy shallots
