Join our class to master the secrets of combining simple ingredients to produce fresh punchy flavours that will surprise the palate. We’ll demonstrate cooking methods from Southern Thailand in a relaxed, fun class led by Tamarind’s expert Chefs. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
2024 Southern Thai Winter Menu
- Dtom Yam Gai - Spicy clear soup of chicken, mushrooms, lemongrass and lime.
- Yum Woon Sen - Glass noodle salad of ground pork, prawns, chilli, lime, Asian shoots and leaves
- Geng Gwio Warn Talay - Green curry of coconut, mixed seafood, Thai eggplant, chilli and Thai basil
- Pat Pak Ruam - Stir fried Asian vegetables with oyster sauce and crispy garlic
