Indian River Preserve will be hosting a Southern Rock & Blues Night featuring a 4-piece band by Hawthorne Variety Music Group on November 14- Doors open at 6 p.m

Hoppin John Salad
Fresh herbs, onion, celery, bell peppers, rice and black-eyed peas tossed in citrus vinaigrette. Served over bed of mixed greens.
Choice of one entree: chicken or fish
Corn Bread Crusted Bake Chicken Breast
Tender chicken breast crusted in buttermilk corn bread crumb baked until golden brown and topped with spicy honey glaze. Served with Chef’s macaroni & cheese and bacon green beans.
Oven Roasted Cajun Catfish
Catfish fillet seasoned Cajun style and baked until perfection topped with a lemon garlic Aioli. Served with Chef’s macaroni and cheese and bacon green beans.
