Enjoy this all-inclusive retreat at the expansive, peaceful home I’ve rented sitting on the shores of the natural marsh complete with its own dock, firepit, and hot tub. Participate in a variety of workshops on midlife health and well-being and discussions around the changes, challenges, and opportunities that arise during this period of life. Daily meditation and yoga will also be offered, of course!
Savor delicious and nourishing meals prepared by our private chef, Jess Ragland, who will accommodate artfully any special dietary requirements you may have. Jess is a native of Savannah, which will be an extra bonus for us all. (Wine included with dinner.)
Other activities available include in-home massage (extra fee), a historical walking tour of Savannah where we will learn about women that helped shape Savannah’s history, and a scrumptious foodie tour by Savannah Taste Experience. The beautiful beaches of Tybee Island are just minutes away should you wish to dip your toes in the sand, feel the ocean breeze on your face, and watch the waves lap on to the shore.
