Southend Libraries Presents: Write Club - Local Authors in Conversation

Join us for a literary afternoon with a panel of local authours presenting their collection of short stories inspired by Southend City.
About this Event

Fourteen writers from Write Club, an online Writers Group based in Leigh were tasked with writing a short story about a location anywhere within the Southend on Sea district.

The result was "Truth, Lies, and Seagulls" a collection of short stories in different genres linked by a common denominator, Southend On Sea!

Join us to meet and hear some of the authors, Kay-Anne Sheen, Mike Lamborn, Adrian Lacey, Belle Harper and Abbie Keys, talk about their experience of writing and self publishing the Anthology, and the inspiration behind each story.

There will be an oppurtunity to buy signed books at the end of the event (cash or card accepted). All profits will be split between the Essex Wildlife Trust and the Aspirations Program.
