Southeast Wind Symphony Spring ConcertBedell Performance Hall
7:30 p.m.
Enjoy lively rhythms and memorable melodies featuring the Southeast Wind Symphony at its finest. This concert is truly “An Olympic Celebration” – looking forward to Paris this summer, our program is all music inspired by the Olympic Games.
We have an exciting world premiere, "Mississippi Crossing," composed by Keaton Lacey, a current undergaduate music major here at SEMO. We are also performing the Missouri premiere of “The Adventures of Jesse Owens” – the famous African-American gold medalist at the Berlin games in 1936.
