Southeast Seminole Heights residents! Join us on Saturday, Feb 13 at Giddens Park at 10am for a 2 hour Southeast Seminole Heights Walking Tour with the East Tampa Action Plan / We Are East Tampa planning committee! Did you know the East Tampa CRA is the largest CRA in the state of Florida?! It's true! The plan is being created to identify needs of residents in East Tampa- come be a part of bettering our neighborhood by voicing your opinions! This walk will be approximately 2 miles, walked over 2 hours around the neighborhood. We'll discuss walkability, park improvements, infastructure, commercial businesses, and what we'd like the future of SESH to look like.
The East Tampa Action Plan wants to make sure the distinctive character of SESH is included in the larger plan for East Tampa.
Masks, temp checks, and social distancing will be enforced. Dogs and kids welcome and encouraged! Let your voice be heard and help us plan the future of SESH!
When: Saturday, Feb 13 from 10am - Noon
Where: Start & ends @ Giddens Park
Purpose: A focused look of the community, to help define the action plan for upward movement of the neighborhood.
Anyone is welcome to jump on and off the tour at any time in the walking process.
