On Sunday, September 29, the Roanoke Plawkers and Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint will team up to tackle litter on our city streets! Meet us at 9:30am at Advance Auto Parts—1010 13th St SE!
We will take a stroll through the neighborhood and pick up litter along the way!
Plawking (picking up litter while walking) is good exercise, good for the environment, and good for bringing neighbors and community partners together to meet, interact, and explore Roanoke neighborhoods by foot! It’s fun, too!
All cleanup supplies will be provided! All we need is YOU to get pumped up and show up to pitch in! Anyone/everyone is always invited and welcome!
