Southeast Marketing Symposium 2025

The Department of Marketing and Supply Chain at University of Kentucky (UK) will host the annual Southeast Marketing Symposium (SMS) from April 10-12, 2025. The annual event brings together faculty and doctoral students from 11 leading institutions from the Southeastern U.S. Member universities, which include Louisiana State University, University of Tennessee, University of Alabama, University of Arkansas, University of Florida, Florida State University, University of Georgia, University of Kentucky, University of Memphis, University of Mississippi, and Mississippi State University take turns hosting the event, and this will be the second time UK has hosted the symposium since its inception. Attendees will take part in a series of research seminars, networking events, and, of course, sampling of Kentucky hospitality.

Info: Before the conference, join us for an afternoon at Keeneland race track. General admission tickets and transportation provided. Transportation will depart from the Hilton Downtown Lexington Hotel at 11:00am.

Info: An evening reception at the historic Castle and Key Distillery is an opportunity to experience the best of Kentucky culture and hospitality. The evening will include tours of the distillery buildings and beautifully landscaped grounds. Following the tour, guests will be invited to the shooking building for a reception where they will enjoy the distillery's finest bourbons, gins and vodkas alongside heavy appetizers honoring the flavors of Kentucky. **ID Required for drinks.
