Ryan’s passions, in order, are God, time with his wife and time with his daughters. Ryan operates apartments, self storage and flex
industrial. Ryan currently controls a combined total of 3000+ units.
He also has $190+ million AUM. His assets include: Multifamily in San Antonio, TX; Naples, FL; Charlotte, NC; Sarasota FL; Bradenton, FL; Lakeland, FL; Fort Wayne, IN; Atlanta,
GA; Charlotte, NC; Dayton, OH; Anchorage, AK; Evansville, IN; Kings Mountain, NC; Columbia, SC; 200,000 sq ft flex in Olathe, KS, as well as, the 2100+ self storage units in Collinsville, TX; Dallas, TX; Carrollton, GA; WV. Ryan also has 6 acres of land in FL. Ryan, in the past 8+ years, has financed over $400m in commercial financing.
