For this month, we are having a boots on the ground property management panel. This will be an opportunity to hear from the asset managers in local property management companies. Rather than the bird’s eye view of an owner’s perspective, you get the real-world stories of what a manager deals with on a day-to-day basis. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn what it takes to manage a property if you don’t already have rentals, or to hear the crazy stories of what some of Chattanooga’s largest property managers deal with on a daily basis.
