Join a growing community of All Flow Yogis for a morning beach flow on Southboure Beach and start your day with a positive energy! This will be an all over flow, suitable for all levels so everyone is welcome!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
Mats are NOT provided so please bring your own one. Make sure to have a water bottle with you. Please arrive for these sessions 10 min before so thy you can set yourself up and settle in. .
