Come join us for Southampton Music in the City's Boat Party! We have curated some of the finest DJs in Southampton across a number of genres for your listening pleasure!!The Shieldhall Steamship is located on Southampton docks so access cannot be gained on foot - we will therefore be providing a shuttle bus from the city centre to the ship at regular intervals throughout the day
This is a rare opportunity to see some great local DJs in a unique location and it’s completely free – there’s a bar and food available on board so come and join us for a couple of hours or all afternoon. Shieldhall will remain berthed in the docks all day so there’s no chance of leaving you on the quayside!!

Southampton Music In The City have heritage shuttle buses leaving from city centre to the ship at regular intervals throughout the day, departing St. Michael’s Square at 11.45am, 1.45pm, 3.45pm & 6pm, and then from the boat back into town.
It is also possible to access the ShieldHall boat via Taxi or by Car. There is a dedicated Shieldhall Boat free car park on the main road, opposite the turning for the boat if you are not drinking or have a dedicated driver!
