The South Yorkshire Schools Teams Competition is taking place at the English Institute of Sport on Monday 17th November and - oh yes! - its in school time again!
This competition is a great opportunity for all youngsters because it has age categories for everyone (under 11s, under 13s, under 16s and under 19s), the winners of the event will go on to represent South Yorkshire in the Regional Finals, and... it takes place in school time!
Teams are welcomed to the event from beginner level to the County's best - the main objective is to get young people participating in the sport.
All South Yorkshire schools and colleges are invited to enter but team entries must be made by the school.
Please speak to your school to see if it will be entering a team, or to suggest that it does! Schools may not be aware of the table tennis talent or interest in their school so its always worth discussing this with your teacher or PE department.

Last date for entries is the 10th November and remember, it takes place in school time!
