Are you a MedTech SME or an organisation supporting MedTech SMEs to get an innovative Medical Device, Diagnostic or Digital Health Technology to market?
The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) invite you to apply for a place at this roadshow specifically tailored for MedTech SMEs to find out how the NIHR can help with:
- opportunities for non-dilutive funding
- formulating research plans, finding collaborators, supporting centres, data, samples and facilities for R&D
- conducting clinical trials in the NHS
- connecting you to other organisations that can help
- Information about the local NIHR Infrastructure
- The launch of the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre (HRC) for Sustainable Innovation
On the Day – we’ll keep the formal presentations short to give you the chance to engage more interactively with the things most relevant to your needs. There will be opportunities to have 1-2-1 discussions with a wide range of NIHR experts in breakout sessions and visit NIHR support, as well as wider South West support organisations that can help you with your med tech product development.
One of these organisations is the NIHR HRC for Sustainable Innovation hosted by the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Trust and the University of Exeter. They’ll be telling us more about the national network of HRCs, the 5 key national themes they have responsibility for, and how they can help commercial organisations navigate the regulatory field to bring products to market faster.
The event will be held at Vantage Point, Health Innovation South West in Exeter.
