About this Event
In recognition of your achievement of your Higher Education qualification from South West College, you are cordially invited to attend the College Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday 4th December 2024.
The Graduation Ceremony will take place at the Strule Arts Centre Omagh, which is a short walk from the Omagh Campus. Confirmation of ceremony timings will be issued closer to the event
This process should be completed as soon as possible to secure your place. This link will close on Friday 15 November 2024 and there will be no late registrations.
You will be guided through the online graduation registration process where you will be asked for the following unique reference: insert.
Following registration, you will receive an email with a Schedule of Events and this will give you important information regarding the itinerary for the day.
Collection of tickets
On arrival to the Omagh Campus, graduands must check-in at the designated Registration Desk where staff will be on hand to issue you with your tickets and allocated seat number for the ceremony.
Your printed ticket is required for:
- Admission to the Strule Arts Centre
- Refreshments before the ceremony
- Collection of your gown
- Admission to your Graduand Seat in the Auditorium

Guest arrangements
