A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women for a walk in Cardiff Bay.Meet in front of the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay at 11am for a relaxed walk across the barrage and back. Opportunity to stay after the walk for a cuppa and/or food.
Flat path across the barrage and back. This walk is around 3 miles and likely to last around 1-1.5hrs depending on how fast we move and how many stops we make.

Carparks include Mermaid Quay, Q Park and The Red Dragon Centre. Car parking on-site charges apply. Short walk to meet point.
Bring some cash for the cafe if you are planning to stay for a cuppa at the end of the walk.
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
Dogs on short leads welcome on this walk.
