Learning Objective
The presentation for โAI Governance: From Copilot to Co-Conspiratorโ offers a strategic overview of how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping enterprise governance, risk, and compliance. With the acceleration of AI adoption (especially in generative and agentic models), organizations face increasing regulatory scrutiny and operational complexity. The presentation highlights key frameworks like ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF, emphasizing the need for cross-functional governance teams and proactive risk management. It also underscores the importance of CIO & CISO collaboration, board-level literacy in AI risks, and the integration of compliance into innovation workflows. As AI systems become more autonomous and embedded across departments, businesses must balance agility with accountability, ensuring ethical use, transparency, and resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape.
