Paul Williams is the Chief Technology Officer of NovaGuard Technologies, Inc., a Houston-based information security consulting firm.
Paul is a recognized authority on information security who has performed hundreds of “Red Team” physical and cyber security intrusion tests for commercial and government customers across the United States over the past 24 years.
Paul has 48 years of breakthrough innovation in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, electronics, communications, weapons development and defense-related technologies. Paul has been the Chief Technology Officer of five previous companies, including a Washington, DC area defense contractor for the U.S. Intelligence Community.
