The South East Arts Prize Exhibition returns with a renewed passion for all forms of contemporary art.
The Prize is open to all Tasmanians and invites submissions from artists working across all mediums including ceramic, collage, drawing, painting, photography, print, sculpture, textile, video and watercolour.
To reflect the vision of South East Arts Inc, to promote the skills and creativity of local artists, we especially encourage artistic members of the community to enter the Prize to showcase the breadth of contemporary art practice and talent within the South East Region.
The Prize Exhibition will be held at Sorell Memorial Hall from Friday 14 to Monday 17 November, and will include various talks over the weekend.
