About this Event
The South Dallas Clean Up Project is a volunteer event series focused on community building and environmental equity in South Dallas. The South Dallas Clean Up Project volunteers assist with trash pick up in South Dallas, resource distribution to the homeless community (clothes/hygiene products etc), and meal pass out. We love South Dallas and the community, and will continue to show up monthly for this event. Show South Dallas some love & join us!
Please arrive at 10:30AM to get checked in as a volunteer, sign a waiver, pick up your t-shirt and receive your group assignment. We will be departing from MLK at 10:45 AM so please be on time .
We will be in the back parking lot near the playground and basketball court on Jeffries St.
Volunteer registration is required! You can register via the EventBrite link. Registering for a free ticket solidifies your spot as a volunteer to cleanup.
For safety and solidarity, purple Not My Son t-shirts are required. We will be selling t-shirts at the cleanup for $20 (CashApp and Venmo accepted)
