🌊 Coast to Co-op - The South Coast Comes to SydneyJoin us at Hopsters Co-op Brewery as we welcome the South Coast Ale Trail for a coastal-flavoured tap takeover during Sydney Beer Week. This collaborative event features seven independent breweries from one of Australia's most scenic beer regions — stretching from Wollongong to Pambula.
The taps will be pouring a rotating lineup of unique beers from Resin Brewing, Seeker Brewing, Camelrock Brewhouse, Longstocking Brewery, Broulee Brewing, Swordfish Brewing, and Sapphire Coast Brewery — all part of the South Coast Ale Trail, a collective that connects travellers and beer lovers with outstanding breweries along NSW’s stunning coastline.
Each beer will showcase a different style and include locally sourced ingredients from regional producers such as Ryefield Hops, Voyager Craft Malt, and Mogwai Labs (plus a collab brew between Hopsters x Seeker, launching on the night!).
The evening will include meet-the-brewer chats, an introduction to the Ale Trail, and insights into the growing movement toward local, sustainable brewing. Expect merch giveaways, good vibes, and a few surprises along the way.
