South Circut Drift or Grip Location, SMSP’s Amaroo / South circuit (1.8km) 630 to 1030pm
No timing or competition.
Some cars will drive parts and drift parts some cars just drift.
If you want these events to run we can not cause any damage.
Rules are simple:
*If you damage the track, track edges, or grass we have no choice but to end your event.
*If you can not stay on track or look out of control you will be removed.
*You do not drive slowly, It is not a race but it is not a cruise.
*You need to be moving and not slowing down in the corners to do power skids on the straights.
NO POWER SKIDS. NO BURNOUTS.
*Cars are allowed to Drift, while in the drift zones only.
NO Drift zones being turns 11, 12 ,13 and 14.
*If you can not follow the rules you will be removed.
*Your car meets or exceeds the scrutiny requirements.
NO stopping on track. The pit lane is in use.
Cars will be released from pit lane in singles, pairs or groups pending what the entrants would like to do. With a gap between, pending the previously released cars or car.
Maximum entrant capacity is 45 (Entry is for 1 car and 1 driver only)
No timing or competition.
Street registered and Unregistered cars are both welcome.
All makes/models are welcome.
Roll cages are not required but are recommended.

Entries are open.
Entry Costs $250.
Entry cost after Midnight 6th of April will be + $50 for late entry.

Figure 8 (wet/damp)
Organising Club: DRIVING SPORTS
Type of Event: Driver Training/Drift Training
Date: Saturday 12th April 2025
TIME: Gate opens from 5:30 pm driving figure 8 from 630pm end 1030pm.
Venue: SMSP /Eastern Creek Figure 8.
Track Surfaces: concrete Fig 8 (Wet/damp) clockwise only.
The Figure 8 surface will be watered down. It will not be as wet as the skid pan usually is.
Event Format: Cars will be divided into groups of 4 running 4 minute sessions.
a) The maximum number is 32 for figure 8.
b) Entry fee is $160.00 non-members, $120 for full(gold) members of Driving Sports or Initial Drift Australia.
c) passengers $50
d) Opening date open
e) Closing date – 12th April 2025 or when entry spots are full.
f) Entries will be accepted in order of receipt, accompanied by the appropriate entry fee.
g) Bank Transfers being the primary method of payment.
h) This is a Racers event. Day licence 50 yearly licence 95 if you dont have one already
