Relax into a meditative journey, guided by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.

This is our 60-minute signature event for both beginner and experienced meditators, and a reservation is required as space is limited.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in as we will begin at the scheduled start time.
