Join us for South Australia’s Biggest Mentally Healthy Business Breakfast on Thursday 27 October at Adelaide Oval.

Now in its third year, this event will be the conclusion of an ACTION-PACKED mental health month during October.

The theme for the morning is ACTION and will be a celebration of the journeys of many thousand South Australian business owners who have been touched by mental health.

We will be inspired by a team of presenters and a special guest panel over breakfast discussing

• Research on workplace mental health

• impacts of the pandemic on mental distress

• lived experiences of mental struggle

• uplifting initiatives that can be put into action

• how workplaces are changing and how to live up to the expectations of employees.

Expect to walk away from this fabulous and uplifting event ready to take action in your workplace with a sound knowledge of:

• Actions to promote, protect and respond to workplace mental health

• the new model Code of Practice on how to manage psychosocial hazards at work

• what you need to support yourself, and your employees.
