The Western Cape Cycling Association had the privilege of hosting the South African Youth National Road, TT and Criterium Championship from 27-29 September in Oudtshoorn. The event kicked off on Friday with thrilling Criterium races for all age groups from U11 to U17. The standard of racing was exceptional, fast, and intense, with new SA Champs proudly crowned. On Saturday, the spotlight shifted to the Individual Time Trial, where cyclists battled the clock, with some impressive times set on a mostly downhill route accompanied by a headwind. Sunday brought the Road Races, which started from the Cango Caves and challenged riders with tough climbs and tactical racing.
