South African Ornamental Shrimp Competition (SAOSC)

The South African shrimp hobby is growing in a positive way. Saturn Shrimp and Aquascaping is planning a local ornamental shrimp competition for the shrimp keepers to motivate the quality and improvement of shrimp in South Africa.
The focus of the shrimp competition is to create excitement and a goal driven hobby. Currently there are a lot of shrimp keepers in South Africa who breed, but we would like to encourage more keepers who breed quality shrimps, understand bloodlines and also boost the hobbies expertise.
There will be 10 categories for the event. Best Neocaridina Red, Best Neocaridina Blue, Best Neocaridina Any/Invention, Best Crystal Line Red/Black, Best Caridina - Any, Best Taiwan Bee – Any, Best Blue Bolt, Best Red Pinto Shrimp, Best Black Pinto Shrimp, Best BOA Shrimp.
