About this Event
On May 20, 1946, after fleeing Nazi Germany, the Weber siblings made headlines when they arrived in the United States by boat. The press reported with amazement that these seven Jewish siblings managed to survive the Holocaust together. But soon after, in a twist of fate, they were split up by the United States foster care system. More than forty years later, the siblings finally reunited, and began piecing together memories of their unlikely journey to freedom. The film UnBroken tells their story.
