Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to troubleshoot and fine-tune your loaves, this workshop is designed to walk you through the entire process—from starter care to a beautifully baked loaf.You’ll learn:
• How to maintain and troubleshoot your sourdough starter
• The stretch-and-fold technique to develop gluten without kneading
• How to shape and proof your dough for success
• Scoring, baking, and achieving that perfect crust
• Plus, you’ll take home your very own active starter so you can begin baking right away!
