Morrill Memorial Library is thrilled to bring Sourdough Brandon to the library on Thursday October 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM for a presentation on how to start and maintain your own sourdough starter. The presentation will be held in the Simoni Room. Join us to learn the art of starting, and preserving your own sourdough starter with Sourdough Brandon. Brandon is a sourdough aficionado and food blogger. He will share his considerable knowledge about how to create, maintain and store the sourdough starter. The attendees will walk away with valuable insights on how to keep your sourdough starter active, and a portion of Brandon’s own starter to kick-start your sourdough journey!
