Led by Grace Leon and Maddy Lynch, this immersive session will cover the art and science behind crafting a delicious sourdough loaf from scratch. Explore the fundamentals of the sourdough starter, fermentation, and shaping as you get hands-on experience with your dough. Each participant should bring a wooden spoon for mixing and a small/medium sized bowl for transporting your loaf home to bake. You'll leave with your own sourdough starter in a glass mason jar, a tea towel for proofing, and the knowledge to continue your sourdough journey with confidence.
