About this Event
Learn the techniques and tricks you need to bake up tender loaves of sourdough bread perfect for sandwiches. We will discuss how different flours will change the flavor and texture of the bread, how and when to add other ingredients like nuts and dried fruit and get a loaf started for you to bake the next day. Each student will take home some starter to continue your sourdough journey.
