Come join us in learning to make two types of sourdough pasta from scratch with locally sourced ingredients... sometimes as local as our backyard! We will be making linguini, and herbed cheese ravioli. Sourdough pasta is fermented and filled with gut-healthy probiotics, so it is wonderful for you and oh so delicious! After learning the how to make this delicious pasta, we will cook up a batch with some of our homemade sauce for everyone to enjoy. Come join us and let us ruin store bought pasta for you for good ;)You will leave this class with:
