Cost: $45 per person (paid the day of the event)
This fun workshop will get you started making delicious sourdough bread. The class fee covers instructions, mother culture, tea towel, and the start of a loaf. You will leave the class with not only a new skill, but also a loaf of sourdough bread to bake at home and starter made from our 103 year old mother culture.
Each participant will need to bring from home:
- Bag of bread or all-purpose flour (approx. 4.5 cups)
- Large bowl
- Quart jar with ring
