Learn how to make simple sourdough sandwich loaves at home. This is the simplest sourdough baking process and makes for more nourishing lunches for the whole family. Plus, this is just a jumping-off point for all the fun fall and winter sourdough baking.
In this 2-hour workshop, Laura Bruner will teach the sourdough sandwich loaf process from sourdough starter feeding and care to loaf starting, prepping, and baking.
Everyone in attendance will leave with their own special sourdough starter, a sandwich loaf pan, a loaf ready for an overnight ferment and morning bake, and all the know-how to continue your sourdough journey.
