Why is sourdough so cool? Well, it’s fun, for starters. And it’s healthy, and this class mixes math with science and a little history. Teens (& pre-) are welcome to join this hands-on class to learn the how-to’s around sourdough bread and the basics about fermentation. Participants will leave with their own soudough starter, the tools to nurture it, and a loaf of Sourdough, as well as bakes made by participants.
