I'm delighted to be able to offer a Sourdough Demonstration at Tinui Hall, 3 Blackhill Road, Sunday 2nd November 2-4pm.
This demonstration will take you through the whole process from the beginning to end with all the bits in between, including:

🍞Making your dough, including info about flours and gluten sensitivity

🍞Dough turning
🍞Baking
🍞Storage of your bread and uses
