Hey Sourdough Fans (to be)I’m coming to Hastings!
I'm delighted to be able to offer a Sourdough Demonstration at Heretaunga Women's Centre, Cnr Russell & Eastbourne Streets, Hastings, Monday 11th November 6-8pm.
This demonstration will take you through the whole process from the beginning to end with all the bits in between, including:
🍞 Why sourdough?
🍞Getting your starter going and starter care
🍞Making your dough including info about flours and gluten sensitivity
🍞Fermentation
🍞Dough turning
🍞Baking
🍞Storage of your bread and uses
🍞Recipe, sourdough schedule, and useful links resource to take home
Cups of tea & coffee, connection and much more!
