Have you been wanting to learn the Art of Sourdough? In class, we will talk about the supplies, ingredients, and techniques needed to make sourdough bread, as well as other baked goods you can make with your starter or discard. You will learn hands on how to mix up dough, and how to feed and maintain a starter.
Students will go home with dough to bake their first loaf of bread, and some of my sourdough starter to continue baking.

Please bring with you to class:
* Medium to large mixing bowl
* long handled spatula and/or spoon
* glass jar with lid to take home some starter (pint or quart mason jars work great)
I will have samples of sourdough bread and snacks to share, and some optional additional sourdough baking supplies for sale.
