In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to maintain a sourdough starter and mix, shape, score and bake a rustic sourdough bread. Take home goodies include recipes and resources for at home sourdough baking, sourdough starter, a fresh baked sourdough loaf and dough for you to bake at home the next day. Please dress for baking! In class we'll also snack on fresh baked sourdough bread and sourdough chocolate chip cookies.
