🌵Botanica Bakes: Sourdough Class at the Farm🥖📍 Botanica at the Farm at South Mountain
Join us on Saturday, April 12th from 10am-1pm for a fun and enriching sourdough class happening at Botanica at The Farm at South Mountain!
This class will cover all the concepts as learned here at the Dough House but in a fun outdoor space at the farm in Phoenix, Arizona!
🥖🫧🫙 In class participants will learn:
·How to Maintain a Sourdough Starter
•How to Craft an Organic Sourdough Loaf
·Bulk Fermentation and How it Works in the Desert
·How to Laminate Your Sourdough Breads
·Demo on Shaping and Scoring
·Tasting the goodness, of course!

🥣👩🍳 What participants will need to bring:
•Rock your favorite kitchen apron
•A medium-sized kitchen mixing bowl
