Join us on Wednesday, November 13 at 6 p.m. at the Cooper Alumni Center for a hands-on sourdough making class led by Emma Williams of E.L. Baking Co.Emma will guide you through every step of the process—feeding the starter, mixing the dough, recognizing signs during bulk fermentation, and everything else you need to know to bake your very first loaf. Participants will also get to shape a loaf during the class and take it home to bake within a few days.
Tickets are $55 per person and include beverages and snacks. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early for this unique Culture at the Cooper experience!
