During our first ever sourdough class, Nolan will teach you how to maintain a starter and make your own bread. He will teach you why every ingredient and every step is important! You will get to create and mix your dough, learn to shape it and score it. This class will be $35 and you’ll get your own “scalpel” for scoring, your own starter to take home with you (with instructions how to maintain it), a sandwich loaf scored by you and baked during the class, and the mini loaf made in class to take and proof in your fridge at home, ready to bake at your convenience the next day. We will also have refreshments.
