Have you enjoyed the sourdough loaves at the store?? Come learn with our sweet baker all of the tips and tricks of sourdough making. No need to bring anything but yourself. You will leave with your own sourdough starter, a loaf that is ready to be put in the oven, and skills to create your own sourdough bread.
We will go over the following:
-history
-measuring
-terminology
-kitchen scales
-types of flour
-scoring your dough
-proofing process
-cooking temps
-things that can go wrong (and what to watch for)
-types of pans used
-what to do with the discard
-the health aspects of sourdough
