In our Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Class, you will learn everything from mixing your dough, developing the gluten structure, proper raising techniques, shaping the rolls, and how to bake and ice them at home. This class is designed for those who have already begun their sourdough journey and know how to take care of a starter. We offer Beginner’s Classes for those wanting to learn completely from scratch.P.S. If you are a fan of our cinnamon pull-apart bread, I will give some tips on how to make that from the same recipe.
