Monica Jensen will be teaching a Sourdough Bread Starter Class at Dogwood Exchange, 4950 Hwy 127 S Crossville, TN on Monday, January 19th from 5:30-7:30 CST. Learn the ins and outs of this often intimidating but relatively easy way to have gut healthy, delicious, fresh bread in your own home.
You will leave with your very own starter in a jar. Watch a demonstration on the feeding process as well as a basic bread baking demonstration. Students will have the opportunity to sample a pre-baked loaf of bread.
The fee for this class is $35. In addition a $5 material fee is due to the instructor at the time of the class.
